Description - Description: South Lanarkshire Council and North Lanarkshire Council each require a provider for Homeowners Buildings Insurance (Right to Buy). South Lanarkshire Council are publishing this notice on behalf of both Councils to obtain notes of interes t. However, this is not a joint procurement and North Lanarkshire Council will publish their own competitive process at a later date. Approximately 3,400 homeowners are currently insured under the existing South Lanarkshire arrangements; and 1,900 under the existing North Lanarkshire arrangements.
