Description - Description: The National Capital Authority (NCA) is seeking to engage suitably experienced consultants to undertake the review and update of existing Heritage Management Plans (HMP's) for four Commonwealth Heritage listed places - Acton Complex, Blu ndells Cottage, Lake Burley Griffin and Adjacent Lands and Old Parliament House Gardens. The NCA has prepared HMP's for its 21 Commonwealth and National Heritage places in accordance with Section 341S of the Environment Protection Biodiversity and Conservation Act (1999) (the EPBC Act).The review and update of the existing HMP's for these four places is to be undertaken in accordance with Section 341X(1) of the EPBC Act, which requires the review
