Description - The Assignment consists of the provision of Hired personnel (on the basis of, among other things, temporary employment, secondment and self-employed persons) through various lots. On the one hand, the assignment in principle supervises searching, con tracting and contract administration for lots 1 to 5. For lots 1 up to and including 3, the assignment also ensures that the Client has found a Candidate itself that the contracting and contract administration is carried out by the selected Tenderer per lot who has offered the lowest Fee for contractual and administrative processing. The Client wishes to have various Framework Contractors per lot enter into a Framework Agreement for Hiring Person
