Description - This invitation is to tender for work towards a Heritage Sector Workforce Diversity project. In line with point 2 on Historic England's Corporate Plan, Inclusion, Diversity, and Equality (IDE), the Inclusion team is developing a suite of resources an d interventions for the sector, in particular to fulfil point 2.8 - "Develop a programme of interventions to increase diversity in the sector including building capacity and capability and developing and sharing our evidence and insight." One strand of this is to provide a model, and supporting resources, on how to measure workforce diversity across the sector.Auditing and monitoring workforce diversity is an important tool for IDE.
