Description - Description The Regional District is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors to remove and replace three (3) Heat Pump (HTP) units at the Sechelt Aquatic Center (SAC). The new HTPs should be a like-for-like replacement of the existing HTPs. The work includes but is not limited to removal and disposal of existing units, installation of new units and associated valves. The Regional District desires a project approach that will minimize facility downtime and impact on facility users and staff. Proponents are encouraged to look for creative solutions to deliver a cost effective quality installation while minimizing facility downtime. The Regional Districts budget for this project is $188,50
