Description - Description: This project involves the replacement of the process logic controller (PLC), and human machine interface (HMI) at sixteen (16) harbour solution pumping stations. The PLCs are SCADAPack controllers that are programmed to control the pumps , and in some stations, analog gate positioners. The PLCs are connected by serial cable to a data radio which broadcasts station status signals to the remote SCADA server. At some stations, remote input and output modules have been added to the SCADAPack to increase the number of input and output points where necessary.
