Description - Description: Hailuoto is the largest island in the Pärämere. The 25-minute ferry connection between Oulus Riutunkari and Hailuotos Huiku connects the island to the mainland.A fixed road connection between Riutunkari in Oulu and Huiku in Hailuoto wi ll be built in 2024–2026. The fixed connection will replace the current ferry connection.
