Description - Description The project includes the establishment of two housing communities (tun 1 and 2) for mentally disabled people with challenging behaviour. The property, formerly Haugland school, has been chosen in terms of walking opportunities and also sc reening where necessary. Each housing association must contain 6 housing units and a service base. Tun 1 consists of a new building in combination with remodeling of the oldest school building from 1952. Tun 2 is established as a new building. The existing gymnasium is currently used by the local community for recreation. It has therefore been decided that it will be preserved, rehabilitated and offered as a village hall, and a public playground
