Description - This group purchase concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement, with one contractor per plot, for a term of 48 months, to the boards that are members of the intermunicipal purchasing department of IOK (see appendix C). The assignment is divided into 12 lots. We are looking for (a) contractor(s) who draw up energy performance certificates (EPC), in accordance with current regulations, for the assets of the members of the IAD for which no valid EPC is yet available, or the EPC serves to be renewed.
