Description - Groundwater Needs Assessment Synopsis: The WSA’s Groundwater Unit is the sole source of technical science support to the public and stakeholders, government ministries and internal units and operates several programs to ensure adequate management o f the limited groundwater resources. There is risk to the agency and to the province of inadequate oversight to ensure a sustainable groundwater program for the people of Saskatchewan.The primary aim of this project will be to identify an assessment of the capacity and resources needed to ensure the protection and management of the groundwater resources.
