Description - Clarion Housing Group are retendering the North Ground Maintenance for Lots 2,5 and 7 for the North region in 2024. These lots will be required to run alongside our existing Grounds Maintenance Contract in the North which commenced 1/10/2022. Our tem porary contracts are due to end in December 2024, we have allowed a year for the procurement process as we need to consult with our residents.
