Description - Description: The Client delivers the waste to the Contractor's location via its own (hired) transport. The contractor is responsible for processing the waste for which it is licensed. The Client wishes to conclude a Framework Agreement per lot with o ne Contractor, who meets the conditions for the execution of the Assignment during the term of the Framework Agreement.
