Description - Description: Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) Individual Placement and Support in Primary Care (IPSPC) Initiative.GMCA have been granted funding from the Department for Work & Pensions (DWP) to procure an Activity Delivery Partner (ADP) t o deliver the Individual Placement and Support in Primary Care initiative to Greater Manchester residents with a physical and/or mental health disability (as defined by the Equality Act 2010). The initiative builds on the core principles and the fidelity scale adopted by the established Individual Placement Support (IPS) model, as well as learning from Health Led Trials (HLT), and will be delivered in primary and community NHS services across GM.
