Description - Description This consultation concerns the graphic design of all communication media. This involves designing graphic creations, models, and laying out all types of communication documents, with the exception of websites and dematerialized documents (e.g.: CDs, DVDs, videos, animations, etc.) . Framework agreement with a minimum amount of €40,000.00 excluding tax and a maximum amount of €105,000.00 excluding tax for the initial period. The amounts will be identical for each renewal period. The framework agreement is entered into in application of articles L. 2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-12 of the Public Procurement Code. It will give rise to the conclusion of subsequent contracts.
