Description - The contract covers the following services: GRAND BELLEVUE PROJECT - PUBLIC SPACES DEVELOPMENT WORK - MENDES FRANCE SECTOR Geographically, the work will take place in the Mendès France sector, located partly in the town of Saint Herblain, partly in the town of Nantes.On Place Mendès France, work on public spaces accompanies the profound changes taking place in buildings, linked to the demolitions of the social landlord CDC Habitat. The two buildings on either side of the square, the Dax and Rossignols buildings, will be partially demolished to create an east-west opening for the district. New islands allowing this new porosity will be rebuilt.
