Description - Description: The principal objectives of this project are to: (i) Contribute to food production by increasing 400,000 m3 per day the availability of quality recycled water for productive purposes in the Barakat drainage system and downstream. It is e xpected that irrigated land will increase by 29,000 acres through the use of this additional water. (ii) Increase access to safely managed sanitation services for more than 2.0 million people in the West Bank of Nile’s River.
