Description - Description The CPB of Norway (Statens innkjøpssenter) is holding competitions on behalf of the governmental management bodies stated in Annex 11 - Contracting Authorities included in this contract, hereafter called the contracting authorities. Stat ens innkjøpssenter shall enter into joint agreements for meetings and events services in Norway that are connected to the contracting authorities ́needs for these services.
