Description - Description The State Procurement Center conducts tenders on behalf of the state administrative bodies specified in Appendix 11 - Clients covered by this agreement, hereinafter referred to as the clients. The Governments procurement center must enter into joint agreements for course and conference services in Norway that are linked to the clients needs for these services.
