Description - Description: The city of Antwerp wants to set up a new partial bicycle system that can replace the current partial bicycle system in the course of 2027. She wants to retain the partial bike offer under the iconic brand name "Velo" (owned by the city) , and this without interruption of a partial bike services for users. The reliability of the system must be minimally retained and, if possible, expanded.
