Description - This consultation concerns the award of a global sectoral public contract within the meaning of the article within the meaning of article L. 2171-6 of the Public Procurement Code, with the aim of entrusting to a group of specialized operators a missi on to design and carry out a thermal renovation operation of the main building of the Dunkirk CH. This operation consists in particular of thermal renovation (treatment of facades, installation of new joinery, waterproofing of roof terraces and asbestos removal) as well as thickening around the central hinge (north and west).
