Description - The Senate of Canada (Senate) is seeking to establish a contract for supply, delivery and installation of a cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS), Global Positioning System (GPS) solution to monitor, track and locate via web interface the fleet of vehicles with detailed reports (tracking and reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis) in addition to service alerts notifications, as defined in Annex “A” - Statement of Work for a period of three (3) years, with the option to renew for up to two (2) additional one-year periods.RFP enquiries regarding this RFP must be received by e-mail at Proc-Appr@sen.parl.gc.ca by the contracting authority, no later than December 11, 2023 at 11:00
