Description - This is a Market Research and Sources Sought Notice, and is NOT a solicitation announcement, requesting information on capability and availability of potential contractors interested in proposing a GNSS positioning service subscription for three (3) USACE survey vessels. The positioning service shall link with the existing software and current Applanix Global Positioning System (GPS) receivers onboard each vessel and shall provide accurate positioning data to all receivers.
