Description - Description: The City of North Vancouver (City) is requesting responses to this Request for Proposal for herbicide treatment and monitoring for Noxious Weeds, as identified in the BC Weed Control Act. The program is part of the City’s Invasive Plan t Management Strategy, which aims to reduce the density and distribution of Noxious Weeds on public lands.
