Description - Watford Borough Council is seeking to provide emergency accommodation for rough sleepers, between 1st December 2023 and 31st March 2024, as a response to winter and severe weather.The Council requires the Provider to facilitate a winter night shelter with the following specification:-Accommodation from 1st December 2023 to 31 March 2024.-15 bed spaces.-Access to these spaces should be available from 20:00 - 08:00, 7 days a week.-The service provision should be within 3 miles of Watford town centre.-1 hot evening meal should be provided to those accessing the provision.-Shower facilities should be provided to those accessing the provision.-Staffing should be adequate to provide a safe environ
