Description - This project combines 2 elements: a) An electric bike share scheme/network. This is defined by having the ability to pick up and drop off bikes at more than one location. There should be a minimum of two locations. b) a bike loan/ library scheme. Thi s is defined as a service which provides longer term access to bikes without the need to buy them.Bidders have the opportunity to bid for one, or both elements; however, if a supplier bids for only one element, they will have to subcontract the other element. UDC would like one supplier with a potential subcontractor if needed. Suppliers may also engage local bike shops to support their delivery plan.For both schemes, the bidder will be required
