Description - Description: ACE requires an advice service to act as Collections Care Adviser (previous contract was called Environmental Adviser), to the Government Indemnity Scheme (GIS). Bids are welcomed from both sole traders, SME's as well as larger organisat ions. We would expect the successful applicant to have relevant and current experience of working within the cultural sector in particular museums and exhibitions, and within preventive conservation, to provide credibility to the advice given in support of a national scheme.
