Description - ACE 541 ITT: Research into Early Years Cultural Provision in the Midlands. Arts Council England is seeking a contractor to undertake research which will include scoping and reporting on the current provision, resources and routes available for engagi ng Early Years children in culture and creativity. Based on the analysis of the evidence, along with feedback gathered through consultation with the sector and with families in Priority Places, the contractor will produce a final report of key findings and recommendations.
