Description - Gardiner Dam Tunnel 4 Upstream Conduit Inspection Synopsis: The project objective is to conduct underwater condition assessment of the upstream portion of Tunnel 4 at Gardiner Dam. The assessments will determine the condition of the structures to ens ure that the facilities are operating and maintained in a safe and reliable manner. The condition assessment will include inspection of the underwater structures requiring combined use of a dive team and remotely operated vehicles (“ROV”).
