Description - DescriptionThe general objective of this work is to:Conduct simultaneously the gap Validation of six ER Programs against the FCPF applicable criteria as specified in the FCPF Validation and Verification Guidelines.More specifically the objectives for the assessment of the ER Program are the following:• Validate that the data, applicable methods, and procedures applied to estimate the reference level are in accordance with specific criteria of the FCPF MF, and with the VVG. The FMT will provide guidance on the interpretation of the MF Criteria and Indicators prior to the start of the assessment.• Inform the FMT about any non-compliances and observations.• Issue a gap validation statemen
