Description - The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Galveston District Office requires a contract for FY24 Sabine-Neches Waterway Maintenance Pipeline Dredging, in Jefferson and Orange Counties, in the state of Texas. The solicitation will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) and evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 14. The IFB will result in the award of a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) construction contract. Prior Government contract work is not required for submitting a response to the solicitation.
