Description - Description: Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), NAS Patuxent River, MD, intends to negotiate and award a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis to BAE Systems, Austin, Texas for the FY 2025 Windows 11 Updates to Test Equipment for the F-35 Radio Frequency Countermeasure (RFCM). The anticipated award date is December 2025. The Government intends to solicit the proposed action and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 U.S.C.3204(a)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Type of Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements”.
