Description - Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council ("the Council") as the Local Planning Authority was seeking to appoint professional consultants to undertake a comprehensive and robust Transport Assessment (TA). This TA needs to fully inform and support the Loc al Plan Update (LPU) and ensure that the proposed LPU growth scenarios (the LPU development allocations) can be accommodated in transport terms.\rThe LPU is intended to cover a period of at least 15 years (e.g. up to 2040).
