Description - Description: 1) The subject of the order is the supply of office furniture: studio chairs, conference tables and chairs, specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as: "furniture" or "subject of the order". The furniture offered mus t be brand new and unused, come from current production (year of production - not earlier than 2024), have appropriate certificates and meet specific standards allowing the furniture to be sold and used in the Republic of Poland. 2) The scope of the order includes: purchase of furniture along with its delivery to the Ordering Party, unloading, bringing it to the place indicated by the Ordering Party, and, in the scope of part B, also assembly.
