Description - Construction project at Ft. Buchanan commissary, Puerto Rico (PR) for Refrigeration, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), and Décor Upgrade. Existing equipment will be replaced without disrupting operations at the commissary. The scope of this includes the refrigeration system, refrigeration display cases, Refrigeration Monitoring and Control System (RMCS), compressor racks, condensing units, unit coolers in the walk-in freezers and coolers, and all associated refrigerant piping.
