Description - This is a Presolicitation notice being released pursuant to Federal Acquisition (FAR) Part 5.  A Multiple Award Task Order Contract (IDIQ) for maintenance, repair, and construction of roads within the Francis Marion and Sumter National Forests in So uth Carolina. The Contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, material, equipment, facilities, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals to perform the ordered tasks.  Road maintenance includes services, such as: grading; ditch cleaning; cleaning culverts; minor culvert and drainage repair; brushing; mowing, and spot surfacing.
