Description - Framing study for the establishment of prudential regulation applicable to the energy supply activity. The study will take place around 2 axes:-Benchmark of prudential regulation frameworks implemented in the energy sector energy and in other sectors and safeguards put in place to avoid their circumvention (phases 1 and 2);-Analysis of the relevance and transposability of the regulatory models identified for the electricity supply market and gas in France (phase 3). The deadline for execution of the services is ten (10) calendar weeks, from the date of the launch meeting. Market notification and the launch meeting are scheduled for early January 2024. .
