Description - The Contracting Authority requires the undertaking of repairs, renewals, reinstatements and improvements to Void Properties and in respect of higher value responsive maintenance, disrepair and capital reinvestment works to its housing properties loca ted within or adjacent to the boundaries of the West Lancashire Borough Council The Contracting Authority's mission is to create strong sustainable communities and they are committed to making a positive difference. The quality of these services provided is therefore of paramount importance. The Contracting Authority is therefore seeking to appoint a Framework of up to 5 Contractors who can deliver these services to the highest possible standards
