Description - Description: The framework arrangement is the consulting services related to the acquisition of the municipality of Vihti, which aim to support municipal employees at all stages of the acquisition.The contracting entity selects a maximum of three (3) service providers with whom it concludes framework agreements. If as a result of the tendering, the contract is concluded with only one tenderer or, during the contract period, the number of service providers is added together, the contract documents attached to the invitation to tender shall not apply to mini -competition points. The contract is valid for the first two (2) years, after which the subscriber may enable two (2) years option season
