Description - Description: The purpose of this contract is to carry out maintenance work, major repairs and redevelopment of roofs and waterproofing to be carried out on all buildings and outbuildings in the city, as specified in the specific technical clauses (C. C.T.P). The work covered by this framework agreement ranges from small repairs to rehabilitation operations. They are mainly monitored by the Building department, made up of 3 divisions (maintenance, projects and energy). The work can be carried out in empty premises or on an occupied site, and concerns sites with or without a guard. The work will take place in the territory of the municipality of Montrouge (92120) as well as in the municipality
