Description - Description The purpose of establishing the framework agreements is to ensure that Norad has easily-available access to consultancy services whereby the Supplier will perform organisational assessments and integrity due diligences of Norad’s grant recipients/applicants. Norad has a need to carry out assessments of its grant recipients, including potential grant recipients, on a regular basis. The main objectives are to assess added value, cost effectiveness and financial management, and their achievement of results.
