Description - Description: The client must enter into a framework agreement for consulting engineering services in the following areas: consulting engineer heating, ventilation and sanitary systems; VVS (RIV) The purpose of the framework agreement is to ensure tha t throughout the entire contract period the Principal has access to assistance from good advisers with relevant expertise to cover the Principal's ongoing needs for services within RIV.
