Description - A minimum of 2 parallel framework agreements must be entered into for each subject. The following conditions will apply: The offers will be ranked, i.e. the best offer will be number 1, etc. For assignments with an estimated contract value of up to N OK 100,000 ex VAT, delivery will be awarded directly.
