Description - Description: Statnett needs a nationwide framework agreement for the purchase, delivery and servicing of snowmobiles and all-terrain vehicles (ATV/UTV). Models change over time and therefore Statnetts needs will also change during the framework agree ment period. As of now, the greatest need is in Northern Norway and the interior. Statnett intends to enter into parallel framework agreements with two (2) suppliers of snowmobiles and all-terrain vehicles, including a service agreement for the vehicles.
