Description - SEMITAN wishes to conduct a technical audit of the buildings it operates in order to improve their quality and guarantee compliance. The objective is to be able to ensure the performance, durability and safety of buildings. The technical audit must b e able to highlight anomalies, potential risks as well as opportunities for improvement. This consultation is a single-awarder framework agreement.
