Description - This contract consists of the conclusion of a framework agreement and, following it, subsequent contracts for the supply of antifoam for the digesters of the Brussels South Wastewater Treatment Plant, as and when of HYDRIA's needs. The antifoam must make it possible to eliminate and/or avoid the formation of foam on the structures. The framework agreement aims to designate two tenderers who have submitted the economically most advantageous tender on the basis of award criteria specific to the framework agreement (see Title I.
