Description - Description: The purpose of consultation is to the award of a multi-attribute framework agreement with subsequent markets relating to the supply and delivery of taps, in particular on Bissy, Red Cross, Bassens and Cognin production sites and transfer stations for the urban heating network operated by R3C in the municipalities of Chambéry, Bassens, Cognin, La Motte-Servolex.The services will include: 1) the supply of the fittings; 2) Delivery of the taps; 3) The commissioning if necessary. The valve to be supplied will be mainly of the sectioning valve and regulation valves for vapor, overheated water and hot water for diameters ranging from DN15 to DN500 approximately to equip urban boilers
