Description - Framework agreement relating to the carrying out of audits of investment projects of underground natural gas storage operators. Each audit will be the subject of a purchase order. The general objective of the audits is to define, within the framework of the incentive regulation mechanism for large investment projects, a target budget, corresponding to that which would be retained by an efficient operator.
