Description - Description: This public contract aims at concluding a framework agreement for correct periodic maintenance of HVAC and sanitary installations, pumps and gas detection centers of part of the urban buildings and for carrying out various works on these installations, such as normal and urgent repairs (interventions) and replacements. These interventions or replacements are not limited to the installations in the inventory but also on all possible HVAC/Sanitair/Plumbing interventions of the buildings of the city of Vilvoorde whose client, manager or user, is the owner.
