Description - The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a Framework Agreement for the work between the contracting authority and one selected supplier for a fixed period or until the delivery of the overall performance according to the contract. By c oncluding a framework agreement for the work with the selected supplier based on the procurement procedure according to the ZZVZ, the implementation of the extension of the boarding door control to the requirements of the applicable legislation and standards of the Bdpee231 series cars in the expected number of 61 units will be ensured in order to ensure performance in long-distance passenger transport.
