Description - Description: The acquisition will cover Celsios need for the necessary chemicals for use in order for Celsio to operate its business within the laws and regulations to which Celsio is subject. These are chemicals for both the combustion processes and the cleaning processes. The volume for the individual chemicals varies greatly over time, and the need for certain chemicals changes in such a way that you may have to change the type of chemical along the way, depending on a number of factors that we will return to.
